Have a question that isn’t answered here? Contact Kaiser’s Recruiting Team!
What do you look for in candidates, and what makes an application “stand out”?
First and foremost, we look for demonstrated mastery of the core consulting competencies – research, synthesis & analysis, presentation skills, and for some roles, business development. We recommend highlighting these areas in your application.
In addition, we review the question “Why are you interested in working for Kaiser Associates?” presented on every application. Applications that stand out make use of this space to share why they’re interested in working for Kaiser Associates, how their experience relates to the role they’re applying for, and anything else relevant to their candidacy that they’d like our team to know.
I’m not sure what level I should apply for / where my experience fits best. What should I do?
Without a full review of your qualifications, our team will be unable to appropriately answer this question. Please review the content on the Opportunity page to learn more about each role, and apply to any openings you feel are a match for your experience and interest based on the job description. Our team will review your qualifications, and will reach out if we have questions or are interested in pursuing next steps.
Can I submit my resume via email for general consideration?
All applications must be submitted via Kaiser’s website to a specific opening for consideration. If we don’t currently have an opportunity posted that best suits your experience, continue to check back – Kaiser is growing and continues to add opportunities at all levels.
I’m not sure if my application was submitted correctly. How can I check?
You will not receive an email confirming receipt of your application; however, you should have received a confirmation message on the last page of your application stating that your application was received. If you are receiving an error message, please contact our Recruiting Team.
When should I expect to hear back about my application?
Each position has a unique timeline, but we typically respond to applications within 2-4 weeks. If you haven’t heard from us after that time, use the “contact us” link below to connect with our Recruiting Team for an update.
I wasn’t selected for a position. Can I get feedback on my application?
Our Recruiting Team is unfortunately unable to provide individualized feedback on applications at this time. If you’re interested in reapplying, we recommend reviewing the content on our Careers website to ensure you’re presenting your most relevant skills and appropriately showcasing your interest in Kaiser.
