Mike Curtis is a Principal in Kaiser Associates’ Public Sector Practice and joined the firm in 2014. He is based in Washington, DC and brings 8 years of experience from both public and private sectors.
Mike possesses a broad range of knowledge in business transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, as well as project and program management. He has a deep understanding of fostering and maintaining client relationships, managing teams, and delivering implementable solutions aligned with the business strategy.
Mike holds a B.A. in Communications from George Mason University.
Nicholas Daniels is a Principal based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
He advises high-growth technology, telecommunications, and financial services companies in Asia and the Middle East. Nicholas’ areas of expertise include organizational design, operations optimization, and go-to-market strategy for new ventures. He has experience working at Kantar Retail, a consumer goods research firm, and Uber Technologies.
Nicholas holds an A.B. from Bowdoin College, where he served as editor-in-chief of the college’s newspaper.
John Drake is a Vice President in Kaisers Public Sector Practice and is based in Washington, DC.
His 16 plus years of public sector consulting spans across nearly all Federal Departments and Agencies. John has also worked with clients at both the state and local levels. He brings experience and expertise in strategic planning, business process reengineering and improvement, and organizational development, among others. John has helped Senior level C-Suite Executives become true business partners with their customers and enable mission success through improved operations and support.
John holds a BA in Political Science from the College of Wooster and is a Balance Scorecard Professional (BSP)
Mariana Goldstein is a Vice President in Kaiser’s São Paulo, Brazil Office and has 15 years of experience in strategy and management consulting across the petrochemical, education, financial services, energy, consumer goods, retail, and healthcare industries.
Having joined Kaiser in 2010, Mariana has led and supported projects involving competitive market assessment, business modeling, strategic planning, and organization & corporate governance.
Mariana holds a degree in business administration from IBMEC (Rio de Janeiro) and holds two MBA degrees from FGV, in Corporate Finance and Management. In addition to her native Portuguese, Mariana is fluent in English.
Joe Gurney is a Senior Vice President of Kaiser Associates and leads the firms Public Sector practice. He is based in Washington, DC.
Joe has been with the firm since 2010 and has over 20 years of industry experience working with civilian agencies, defense and financial institutions. Joe’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, performance management, business transformation and cost optimization.
Joe holds an MBA from Virginia Tech and a BA in Economics from State University of New York College at Oswego.

Feroze Khan is Managing Director of Kaiser’s Asia Office and a Senior Vice President of Kaiser Associates, and has been with the firm since 1999. He is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Feroze is particularly interested in helping companies redefine strategies and upgrade execution capabilities in the face of rapid technological change. He has directed hundreds of consulting engagements for senior management of Fortune 50 clients over the past twenty-five years, including single clients for whom he has led more than one hundred engagements. Feroze’s experience includes competitive strategy work for clients that include 7 of the 20 largest global commercial banks, and several of the largest telecom companies worldwide.
Prior to joining Kaiser Associates, Feroze worked with Monitor Company, a strategy consulting firm founded by Professor Michael Porter of Harvard Business School, and with Nexus International, an Asia-focused management consultancy, where he was Managing Partner.
Maria Kopyta is a Principal in Kaiser Associates’ Telecommunications and M&A Practices and is based in Washington, DC.
Maria leads global strategy and implementation engagements, working with C-suite leadership to drive positive change in organizations at various stages in their development. Her functional areas of expertise include corporate strategy, go-to-market strategy, operations strategy, organizational design, and post-merger integration.
Prior to joining Kaiser Associates, Maria worked at the International Finance Corporation on global private sector development strategy and evaluation. She holds a M.A. degree in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of International Studies and a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
Paul R. Lawrence is a Vice President for the Kaiser Associates Public Sector Practice. He joined the firm in 2016 and is based in Washington, DC.
Paul helps government leaders address their challenges by developing and then implementing unique solutions. He focuses on increasing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Paul has 30 years of experience working closely with federal government leaders. He has researched and written extensively on management and government. He is the co-author of multiple books about managing the federal government including Succeeding as a Political Executive: 50 Insights from Experience; What Government Does: How Political Executives Manage; and Paths to Making a Difference: Leading in Government.
Paul earned his Master of Arts and Ph.D. in Economics from Virginia Tech. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Paul also served in the U.S. Army attaining the rank of Captain. He graduated from the Army’s Airborne School and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
Neil Levinson is the Europe Office Head at Kaiser Associates and a Vice President leading the EMEA Healthcare Practice from Kaisers London Office.
Neil has over 10 years of industry experience working with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. He has expertise in a range of strategic issues including sales and marketing effectiveness, commercial and launch planning, and life cycle management.
Neil holds an MBA from Cass Business School, a PhD in Biochemistry from Imperial College, and a BSc with honors in Genetics from Queen Mary University.
Sean Vander Linde is a Principal in the Healthcare practice at Kaiser Associates and is based in Washington, DC.
Sean brings deep experience leading engagements across the healthcare value chain with provider, health IT, biopharma, and medical device companies. His expertise includes advising clients on corporate strategy, market opportunity assessments, new product launch, and commercial due diligence. Jon Meyerholz is a Vice President at Kaiser Associates and co-leads the Financial Services & Payments Practice.
Having joined Kaiser in 2010, Jon brings deep experience covering a full range of traditional and emerging sectors in the Financial Services industry. Jon’s “growth” specialties include bringing new products to market, improving competitiveness of existing products, advising on portfolio strategy of multiple business lines, and customer segmentation; his “efficiency” specialties include assessing customer profitability, benchmarking, resource restructuring, and business unit integration. To date, Jon has led engagements in more than 30 different country markets.
Jon holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Finance and Management from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce.
Antonio Napole is Managing Director of Kaiser’s São Paulo, Brazil Office and a Senior Vice President, leading Kaiser’s South American business. Mr. Napole joined Kaiser in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in strategy, management, competitive intelligence analysis, market entry, implementation of organizational change and strategic planning.
Conducting and leading many projects in Latin America, particularly in Brazil, Antonio has experience in several industries, including energy, chemical, construction, aviation, telecom & media, education, beverage and clothing & apparel among others.
Antonio has a degree in business administration from EAESP/FGV and a communications degree from FAAP. In addition to his native Portuguese, Antonio is fluent in English, German, and Spanish.
Elena Nosova is a Vice President in the Private Equity and M&A practice at Kaiser Associates and is based in Washington, DC.
Elena brings deep experience leading engagements across Industrials, Resources, Retail sectors. Her expertise includes advising Private equity and corporate clients on commercial due diligence, growth strategy, market opportunity assessments and go-to-market diagnostics. Prior to joining Kaiser Associates, she worked at Stax Inc., Accenture, and KPMG.

Matt Nowak is a Principal in Kaiser Associates’ Public Sector Practice and joined the firm in 2016. He is based in Washington, DC.
Matt brings significant experience in successfully managing projects and leading high-performing teams. For over 10 years, he has provided Public Sector executive-level clients with expertise in business process re-engineering and improvement, organizational design and transformation, strategy development, leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and change management. During this time, Mr. Nowak has managed projects for Federal law enforcement organizations such as the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Chief Information Officer, Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Dan O’Neill is a Senior Vice President at Kaiser Associates and leads Kaisers Healthcare Practice. He is based in Washington, DC.
Dan has significant experience developing commercial growth strategies for Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology clients. Since joining Kaiser Associates in 2006, Dan has developed extensive experience across cardiovascular, musculoskeletal disorders, ophthalmology, neurology, and urology. He has expertise in integrated research and quantitative modeling techniques related to product pricing and forecasting.

Jenna is a Principal in the Healthcare Practice, based in London, UK.
Jenna joined Kaiser in 2015, and has advised Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and biotech companies on growth strategy across the value chain. She specializes in portfolio strategy, commercial due diligence, and strategic marketing, with particular expertise in oncology, dermatology, and ophthalmology.
Jenna holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a BScH, Combined Honours in Chemistry and Biochemistry, from the University of British Columbia. She also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Institute of Cancer Research in London.

Bob leads relationships with pharmaceutical, medical device and health IT clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 to small cap and venture-backed startups. Since joining the firm in 2012, he has worked to develop and build commercial growth strategies for medical technologies. Bob has 15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in specialty pharma, procedure-based medical devices and molecular diagnostics.
Bob holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Master’s in Health Administration and a BS in Nutritional Science from Cornell University.

Derek Speranza is a Principal in Kaiser Associates’ Telecommunications Practice and has been with the firm since 2014.
Derek has partnered with senior leaders and C-Level clients in the Telecommunications industry, delivering value on organizational design, process design, process improvement, change management, and operational efficiency initiatives. For the past several years, a major focus of Derek’s work has been leading post-acquisition integration efforts on behalf of clients in the Telecom / Fiber space. Prior to joining Kaiser, Derek worked at Time Warner Cable in New York on strategic initiatives within the media and ad sales organization.
