We support nonprofit and Association clients who seek support for evaluating growth opportunities and expanding their membership base.
Our partnerships with government consulting firms evolve in two ways:
- Long-term partnerships: We have partnerships with multiple government consultants that use traditional teaming arrangements to support common clients. We provide access to the full range of our services ranging from strategy to operations.
- “Surgical” support: Some partners come to us after they win a contract in search of our differentiated research capabilities. With small, self-contained teams, we conduct market and best practice research to help our partners address targeted challenges (e.g. best practices to eliminate claims processing backlogs). Typically these engagements last 8 to 16 weeks.
