Each Kaiser office is comprised of smart and caring colleagues from diverse backgrounds who work hard and have fun together. Our collaborative environment encourages consultants to support each other and build meaningful relationships across practices and levels.
We support the development of these relationships through sponsored events that take advantage of the diverse opportunities DC has to offer, including tours of the African-American History Museum and the Renwick Gallery, a Washington Nationals game each summer, and a Segway tour through national landmarks. Our consultants also take it upon themselves to plan non-sponsored events outside of work, such as annual winter and summer retreats, oftentimes evolving collegial relationships into lifelong friendships.

Commitment to Service
We are committed to making a difference in our communities by sharing our time, effort, and skills to support causes we care about. Kaiser’s Service Committee plans several events throughout the year, culminating in our annual Service Week that supports a number of local organizations. In addition, Kaiser consultants often offer their personal time to support organizations that offer pro-bono consulting services.
Focus on Wellness
Kaiser is committed to ensuring that every consultant has the resources necessary to succeed both personally and professionally. We support wellness in the workplace in a number of ways, including providing healthy snacks in the office, offering flexible work options and a generous time off policy, and continually refining a robust benefits package. In addition, our Wellness Committee plans quarterly events that support a healthy lifestyle, including sponsored workouts and seminars on wellness topics.
