What to Expect as a Kaiserite
Your Onboarding Advisor (OA) is your first touchpoint as a new hire at Kaiser. OAs are a great resource to support and guide you as you get up to speed on firm knowledge, skills, procedures, and resources. Throughout your first day and first weeks at Kaiser, you’ll be set up for success by going through our comprehensive onboarding training.
Every Kaiserite is also assigned a formal mentor for the duration of their time at the firm. Your mentor serves as a resource for your questions, a sounding board, and a guide for your career development. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a mentor and pass your knowledge on to more junior team members.
You’ll have the opportunity to build a diverse skill set quickly through exposure to different industries, functions, and project types. Our staffing model allows you to work across our 6 practices and ensures you gain a variety of experiences before making the decision to align with a particular Practice.
Our clients seek our assistance in addressing their most challenging problems, and you’ll play a critical role in developing lasting solutions as a member of the Kaiser team. We expect our team members to derive strategic insights from their research and connect them to clients’ challenges to drive meaningful impact.

Early on in their Kaiser tenure, consultants are given the opportunity to meaningfully contribute to client engagements, including direct client interaction throughout the project.
