What to Expect as a Kaiserite
Onboarding
Your Onboarding Advisor (OA) is your first touchpoint as a new hire at Kaiser. OAs are a great resource to support and guide you as you get up to speed on firm knowledge, skills, procedures, and resources. Throughout your first day and first weeks at Kaiser, you’ll be set up for success by going through our comprehensive onboarding training.
Mentorship Program
Every Kaiserite is also assigned a formal mentor for the duration of their time at the firm. Your mentor serves as a resource for your questions, a sounding board, and a guide for your career development. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to serve as a mentor and pass your knowledge on to more junior team members.
